4. Flying Authorisation 4.1 Supervision Flying will normally take place when an SGC or approved visiting instructor has been designated as Lead Instructor to supervise. During the week this is by arrangement. At weekends there is a Duty team with a designated Lead Instructor and supporting Duty Instructors. The Lead Instructor should be a suitably experienced FI(S) approved to supervise airfield operations.
