TMP06 - Use of Briefing Room during Covid Restrictions
The Briefing Room can be used for Course delivery and Briefings with the following restrictions:
- For courses, a maximum of 12 persons, including the lecturer, can use the briefing room.
- Space all chairs, so that attendees are at least 1.5m apart.
- Face masks must be worn when not seated.
- Keep the room ventilated.
- In cold weather, have a break at least every hour and ventilate the room during the break.
- Attendees should wipe all surfaces they are likely to touch before the first session and follow usual cleaning and handwashing guidelines.
- Course attendees form a bubble for the duration of the course.
- Course attendees may use the briefing room for other purposes during the course, but follow cleaning and ventilation guidelines.
- During a course, the briefing room may only be used by course attendees.
- At the end of each day and end of the course, ventilate the room.
- For Briefings, a maximum of 8 people can use the briefing room at a time.
- Space all chairs, so that attendees are at least 1.5m apart.
- Face masks must be worn whenn not seated.
- Ventilate the room between briefings.
- Wipe surfaces likely to be touched before the briefing.
- Do not use the briefing room when a course is in progress.
